About these newly filed reports

First, the 10-K for Qtr-3 2014 (period ending 30 Sept 2014) is just them making a correction to some notes they screwed up on last year. Nothing else changed.

Second, the 8-k IS current. But it still lists the the UPS box as their Headquarters' location

But the biggest deal is they HAVE NOT POSTED the 10-K for 2014, NOR the 10-Qs for Qtr-1, Qtr-2 or Qtr-3 2015.

What'a company !!!!!!!
