Update and perhaps new company name?
NanoLogix Biotechnology is pleased to announce that its distributor, IVD Tech Private Ltd. of Singapore, on 10/16/15 received notice of grant of both Import and Wholesale licenses from the Singapore Health Sciences Authority (HSA). This license enables IVD Tech to import and sell NanoLogix Biotechnology's products in Singapore, and was a necessary step in making Singapore a regional distribution center for our products. The process of obtaining the license began in early 2014.
This is the first time I have seen the words NanoLogix Biotechnology used to describe the company. It sounds good and describes the company succinctly by added the word Biotechnology. I don't see it used on the company website so perhaps it's a test marketing tactic to see if it strikes a resonant chord with the public, customers, and stakeholders.
The stated subject of the update is the granting of license(s) to IVD Tech Private Ltd. by the Singapore HSA. That is also wonderful news if it leads to sales in that region of the globe. The inclusion of the last sentence I believe is to illustrate the challenges faced in selling products worldwide. early 2014 is 1-1/2 years ago, at least. It must be frustrating for the NNLX folks to have to wait so long for this approval after agreeing early last year with IVD Tech to market products. The way it's written makes it obvious that it is IVD Tech that has received the license to import NNLX products and not NNLX receiving the license. Makes sense for an importer and distributor.
