4 months after decreasing the A/S to 150,000,000...

On May 20, 2015, the Company’s Board of Directors and the majority shareholder amended the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to increase authorized common stock to 250,000,000 shares.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
