I appreciate your insight AC416! I agree with you that us "common folk" are not tuned in to exactly what is happening in the "smoke filled rooms" where BIG decisions are made. One thing IS certain however, NAMG MUST file another 10 Q very soon with the SEC. Looking at the cutoff dates, they may be delinquent now. There are two options. The form will either increase the outstanding shares or it will not.
