w/ BID showing up, sellers will back off ASK

When we broke .002 in August it was a very similar lead up on L2 with the ASK stacked even worse. When people saw .002 buys happening with frequency, the ASK moved back and we ran to .0026

I think we are going to see more resistance this time around but we'll actually break .003 once people decide to let this pony run
