the "hype" of buy back only comes when you consider the statement made by Mr Whelan that once we get approval for Actipatch to be sold over the counter (expected now inside 30 days but not certain) they have a licencing deal worth $50m ready to sign

that sort of cash injection besides covering the costs of national launch activities (inventory build up private label packaging, TV commercials etc) will leave some funds available for share buy back, although he never committed to it - it is one use and would benefit shareholders directly.

of course they cannot have a buy back on current financials it is only with major injections of cash that a multi year licencing deal would bring in that can do that until they start selling by the million month
