ATM Share Offerings 1.01
Well, your bold red statement that ATM shares can/will be sold into good news has been pointed out here an astronomical number of times, so yes I think you are correct that "we" know such.
Is an ATM better or worse than a private placement or a follow on offering? Who knows. The pro ATM side has a valid point that as the shares get sold they go out at less of a discount. The anti ATM side says that it does not matter, as the ATM keeps the PPS down.
But this is really just noise. At the end of the day, any dev stage bio is going to be pushing shares. That is world we (any investor in dev stage bios) lives in.
