Under the terms of the contract the buyer will pay approximately $1,161,000US for each monthly shipment; this will generate revenues to SoOum, Corp.(SWRFD) of approximately $77,000US and $1,161000US per month. Actual receipts may vary, depending on the amount of product ordered each month.
