Nice job mischaracterizing whats in my post.

One of the things your type of investor wants to know is WHERE IS THE TOXIC LIQUIDATION OPPORTUNITY?

That is NOT what is being offered here, period. Move along if that's what you think "private investors" want.

Where did I post my type investor seeks a toxic liquidation opportunity? Trying to bait & switch the topic to save face speaks volumes of your understanding of the subject matter.

Perhaps your understanding of the capital markets differs greatly from mine. My perspective comes from a long history of developing & financing projects to the tune I guarantee you couldnt approach

What I know as a professional is an EXIT STRATEGY is of monumental importance to virtually ALL SOPHISTICATED INVESTORS, including private investors. If you dont already know that, then youre a deal maker in theory, not in practice or youre dealing on such a lower level, your investor pool is as described by the following:

Raising money from mommy & daddy, family members, personal acquaintances and a handful of snagged penny stock investors doesnt qualify you as a financier or deal maker.. By the looks of your projects (adia, forensics etc etc) and funds raised (minimal), that seems to be accurate

If I was in your position with ADIA years ago, we still wouldnt be discussing how to move forward, we wouldnt have turned the company over to a failed former penny stock broker... we would have funded the company adequately, if a true opportunity presented, and been on our way.

Your pipe dreams about ADIA have left shareholders with nothing, not even a viable market for their worthless shares.

Over your head
