That DOT thing says winter of 2016 (January) which implies another mini and proving flights in October, November and December. What else would take three months. And that is if we're correct about January.

A mini can take 60 days and proving flights 3 weeks; so it seems they're going for mini no. 8 and that will pass. I read they can do as many as they want. It's one friggin G_d dang slide. Ludicrous.
