And given the development cycle, I can assure you Xilinx will NOT be integrated into Qualcomms 24 core science project anytime soon. Maybe they can do the PCIE card that you say MS says sucks. I can also assure you that enterprise evaluation of new architectures takes a very long time in addition to integrating Xilinx software libraries into the immature and untested ARM server software ecosystem. So, as Chipguy mentioned, talk to us when the needle gets above zero which won't be til at least 2017 in a best case scenario. And in a worst case scenario, Qualcomm fails in servers like AMD, Calxeda and every one else in the ARM camp because oh btw servers are really hard from a software standpoint starting from scratch and a hardware standpoint starting from scratch. It took Intel almost a decade to finalize its position and took massive investments in software and hardware(not just CPUs).

Customers can get started on their Stratix 10 designs today using the Fast Forward Compile performance evaluation tools. Engineering samples of Stratix 10 FPGAs and SoCs will be available in the fall of 2015.
