Ever notice how many times 10k loans are booked here ? I wonder if it's for rent..these are killers..do the math.

One investor loaned the Company $10,000 maturing in February 2016. The note calls for 5% per annum and is convertible into common shares at a 50% discount to the lowest trade during a 20-day “look back”period
