Finally got the doc from NV SOS...Was the part known about the Amendment III being changed... It is the at the top of the changes...
Fun that 67% voted on the R/S... guess that is why they had to do the Preferred shares first...
Still don't understand why it says Oct 15 for the "effective" date but yet it has already happened. Obviously not important.
