All we really know it tcel is selling today in a little higher volume at 0002 mostly some 0003

Yesterday there was high volume of 200 million +.
also we know Tcel paid it fee to the state WY.
still listing the same address and amount of O/S 2.9 billion as of 10/6/15.

About to weeks about there was a fake PR put out by someone and a statement from TCEL CFO stating not knowing about it !!

At this time no one knows much else about what is going on at TCEL , that is reality.
