There it is- looks like the real deal to me. It's on the official OTC Market place site for "tier changes". From the higher OTCQB tier to now the lowest "PINK SHEET" OTC market, HOLY FREAKING COW.

ANOTHER "accomplishment" since mid 2010, besides like the 99.98% loss to the common share value (it might even be more than that now given the .0012 new ALL, ALL TIME LOW, from approx .50 CENTS a share in mid 2010?) and all the rest of them "achievements" and stuff, LOL !!! AMAZING. Wowza.

That day's low of .0012 is a new ALL, ALL, ALL TIME LOW for the common shares- and it put the market cap (according to several financial sites I checked) at just BARELY holding over the $1 MILLION bucks mark. Wowza, an amazing collapse to not only the common share price, but the market cap as well. Per their last SEC filed 10-Q, they had accounts payable, just those "immediate" bills alone (not even considering all their other debts owed, interest owed, the $75K "installment" payment owed in Dec according to the "lawsuit settlement" stuff in the last 10-Q, etc), but just those most immediate bills due, was at over $2 MILLION dollars owed, now almost TWICE THEIR FREAKING MARKET CAP?? HOLY FREAKING COW that's a stunner to me !

Bid is thin again, with almost 3 MILLION shares now showing "live" on the Level II stack at .0011 on the Bid. Looks like it's gonna be going lower, probably sooner than later IMO. As another poster stated yesterday- I guess the "trips" aka "triple zeroes" are eventually on their way more than likely, given the pace of this massive decline to the common shares, coupled with inking even more toxic "notes" just as recent as this past week, with MAGNA again.

0.0013 / 0.0014 (20500 x 343300)

There's 20K shares left showing at that .0013 Bid (that's a whopping $26 bucks worth, LOL!!) and then it's almost 3 MILLION on the Bid at .0011 below that ! FREEEE FALLING, apparently not just a pretty cool line from pretty good ole Tom Petty tune !
