To recap, the motion for sanctions basically asked for a summary judgement
= trial won (both on NDA and FRAND)

If fully granted, There will still be a trial only on compensatory and punitive damages

VRNG may ask for an injunction as soon as Kaplan rules on the motion for sanctions
(imo that's what they should do since the NDA allows it)

Expert damage reports will be out on November 5, that is we should know the sum VRNG is asking for quite soon
