That's the risk that few seem to understand here. No way I would add a single share until the filings are updated. I understand folks wanting to average down in an attempt to not lose their entire investment here, but its a gamble with the SEC and as you mention, the SEC has seen a lot of shady china mess go down with these smallcap stocks. JMHO
