Ill tell you what I do know....The deal was done for preferred stock,(less than a million) assumptions of liabilities(largest was 15k IRS from what im told) and future cash infusions to JMS. Its kind of a sweetheart deal that should lead to additional deals for both companies. Im hoping we get our manufacturer squared away any day...at that point sales are right around the corner. I do believe that the master franchise owner will be on the call monday. I hope this helps.
