YIPI issues FALSE AND MISLEADING press release







During the YIPI fiscal year fourth quarter, on a March 20, 2014, YIPI issued a press release that stated that:

"...Guidance for the fourth quarter 2014 is expected to come it at $550 thousand, ending the year with approximately $1.3 million in revenue.

"We are pleased to report a substantial increase in revenue and a forecasted fiscal profit for 2014..."







however, as detailed below from the YIPI annual report for the year ending May 31, 2014, YIPI's statements in the press release regarding YIPI's financial results were false and misleading:

1. Fourth quarter revenue was significantly lower than the $550 thousand stated by YIPI in the press release, in fact, it was 50% lower at only $275 thousand.

2. Annual revenue was significantly lower than the $1.3 million stated by YIPI in the press release, in fact, it was 23% lower at only $1.0 million.

3. There was never a profit for the fiscal year as stated by YIPI in the press release, in fact, there was a very significant NET LOSS of $1.7 million.
