I think they are having the buildings delivered, they have to pour the slabs and they have to cure that will take maybe 3 or 4 days and the buildings can go up. I am also thinking the Dr. John may be also there for that process to ensure the quality so the air filtration system is not compromised, I am not a builder but that is just my thought on it
