Waste plastic is waste plastic for a reason. It can not be sold and it can not be processed.

We have no idea what PTOI can process. Most are hoping they can convert waste plastic that is going to landfill.

Many things go to landfill even though they can be recycled or up-cycled. Waste plastic is no different.

One mans junk is another mans treasure.
