STEVEN SAMBLIS = ICPA/PNCH/IMTV....uh if ICPA/PNCH/IMTV is selling shares then Steven Samblis is selling shares IMO. Who else sold shares to Steve's financiers? LOL

can't find a single piece of info where the CEO sold any shares. They would need 144 paper work and that has never happened.

Where is your proof that is ever sold stock?

This post is completely untrue. I have never taken a salary. I have not sold shares in a long time. For me to sell shares I have to file 144 paper work which is public. Everyone could see the filings. I then have to report the sell. There is no record of this because I have not been selling and so this post is completely untrue.

So if CEO Steven Samblis was telling the truth.....then why did he do TWO Reverse Splits in just one year.....Huh??

Logic would dictate that the proof Steven Samblis was selling shares is the PPS Killing Dilution that lead to TWO Reverse Splits in 2014 ha Ha

Even if they weren't his personal shares....shares were still being sold

Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 30 split Pay date=07/07/2010.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 100 split Ex-date=03/27/2014.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 300 split. Ex-date=10/20/2014.

OMG did all of those shares sell themselves? If so what is....did Steven Samblis do about it? Did he create a tumblr page about it? Did he have a Wanted Poster mounted on one of the buildings in New York City's Time Square looking for those responsible for selling shares without his permission? Did he post some sticky content on Icplaces.com? Did he contact Joseph Collins after he left the company to find just what the heck happened? Too funny.....maybe this is the reason for the ZERO BID.

Perhaps the Market has grown very tired of IMO Steven M Samblis antics.....

IMO investors need to see restored shareholder value and times Steven M Samblis is IMO playing silly games......why?
