The "NI 43-101" is bogus. And illegal. NI 43-101 is a Canadian law. NBRI is a US company. They are legally prohibited from using NI 43-101. And it was NOT an "NI 43-101 report" as it was never filed with, and reviewed by, Canadian securities regulators.

It was a huge lie. Check the current bid for confirmation.
