The problem is that those folks don't know HOW to do DD. Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of simple terms and ratios like Quick Ratios, D/E, PE and PEG etc. are non-existent, so analytically assigning a FMV to a company just aren't gonna happen. All you can do is try.....
