Sue King I have just been away on holiday in North Yorkshire ( lots of walking !!!! ) , before I went I got the free trial Actipatch , I put it on the first morning and left it in place for the whole week , It was AMAZING !!!! , virtually pain free in the area I put it on ! It made my holiday so much better ! Thank you Actipatch ! I will most certainly be taking a trip to boots ! X

Jan Cooper I am wearing Actipatch around my arm as have inflamed bicep. The pain is much reduced, not gone completely but definitely much better and now able to lift my arm. I have found the best way to wear it touching skin in an area like arm or leg is to cut strips of elastic bandage to hold it in place.
