Gwyn was charged one count of Unregistered Investment Adviser plus other Securities crimes.
The subject could have sold Securities of other companies as a unregistered Investment Adviser,
it just so happens he was caught selling unregistered Treaty Securities.

It is my understanding Gwyn owned Level 111 operations Treaty did not own Level 111.

Wherefore the case would be against Level 111.
