Good points and questions 2obee. There's lots of questions over the past few years! The weeks and short few months ahead is the pinnacle and pivotal period for the loyal shareholders! IMO, we will know whether we were used for free money or VANIS will truly reward his loyal shareholders! I don't trust him at this point, its show me now! I am not overly optimistic he will reward his loyal shareholders. The VANIS R/S Scorecard is not looking good at the "effective day 1" http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=117440605.

I do hold a glimmer of optimism that VANIS could still deliver for his loyal shareholders, but there are allot of buts at this juncture!

The work horse and game changer had better come through otherwise it will appear as a bait and switch for the R/S and will appear similar in nature to the 1B increase in the A/S! You can only do this so many times before it appears as a pattern and calculated. That could make it a big problem for VANIS! We'll see soon...

I have been trying to DD Athena and there is very little info out there. The questions you ask are good ones, and leave us again with a lot of room to speculate.

A few things stuck out to me while digging around:

1. Looking at their Twitter page someone meticulously retweeted Fizz, Avanzar,and all Minerco tweets in a chronological order making it look like Athena has been around for a long time, which it hasn't. Just seemed a little odd to me.

2. If something was really brewing with Athena, where is the website?

I am not saying that nothing is brewing here, but there is very little to go on. I do recall the last PR said they were looking at a few potential work horses, but they don't have one yet..

3. As for the NDA.. In a comparison reference REDG is under a NDA, but it is a signed public document.. Where is Minerco's proof? I speculate Vanis is blowing is horn again to buy himself some time.

4. News this year.. We have had very little.

- VitaminFIZZ arrives in London on July 7..
- Minerco's Level 5 Acquires Equity In VitaminFIZZ(R) on April 22..


So.. We have been in the Dark for the better part of 7 months.. Does this really sit all that well with you guys?
