Why would they make a tender offer NOW that is a multiple of the market price? They can be patient and they can buy slowly so as to minimize the price increase caused by their purchases and tender for the remaining outstanding shares down the road.

I presume there are some type of performance requirements in the "top secret" contract. If there is every any serious drilling or other exploration, AURYN would be obligated to publicly disclose same. If the results didn't stink, PPS could increase, completely altering the economics of the transaction.

Also, I'd comfortably wager there is ZERO chance there has been any slow accumulation by AURYN to date. They're smarter than that, plus, look at level II. I will entertain the notion that the high volume days, few as they were, may have an AURYN connection or actual direct involvement either by the entity our insiders of same.

Effectively they have control of the mineral deposits now and for two more years.

Indisputably correct. I think they're anxious to get rid of JJ and get on with their plans.
