So what? They can force a total debt conversion at any time. And if the stock is at 9 cents - they will drive it to 5 cents to get twice as many shares. So what the debt will be in a year? 60 mln? At 5 cents a share - that is 1.2 billion shares to DMRJ vs 50 mln owned by the rest of the shareholders. In any case DMRJ will end up owing most of the company.
