The rest of the debt will be converted at a negotiated price. Which is usually based on the prevailing stock price. And the prevailing stock price will be driven down by DMRJ to get even more shares. Unless there is a bidding war and another entity would like to step in and scoop the company - the stock will be going down until the debt is eliminated.
