"Why the hell would Solomon make him a director when he knows A shares and institutional ownership is such a big deal." I would rather ask the question: Why the h-ll would FD stay onboard and be a quality mark and further potential lender if he didnt get a seat at the boardtable?

I would be surprised if they said anything else than that they are aligned now, and that they are confident that the OSE is sure fire. Have we ever heard that Siaf is not qualified for FN, Nasdaq, and OSE? =)
There is a great value in controlling Siaf, and Im sure that Solomon wants some compensation for those A-shares like any other business man and I think that he will keep them as long as he can. With FDs quality mark he can now get loans at a normal rate. He needed us to dilute the ordinary shares, and now he needs FD to get loans instead, FD is just a bigger fish than retail investors.
Solomon is very smart, he got financed by diluting retail, and now he also has credit lines, and still he is 100% in control and his A-shares has not suffered any dilution. So far nothing has changed. I believe in OSE when I hear that Solomon loses his grip.

I agree that Nisse has to go, Its not a positive thing attracting retail with buy-recommendations through a blog as a boardmember. JF/Nisse has been dead wrong in their predictions regarding Siaf from the start.
