There is NO RICO case as I have said
One poster has made the point in both directions. First it was said that this is about a guy suing the defendant "Supreme Energy" for a loan of $250,000 not repaid yet. In another post it was said this is a RICO case which is not proven. Confusing at best.

The point that is of absolute importance is the discovery motion. This I feel will clean things up nicely. Sure the guy wants his money back ("who wouldn't"?). Just like Judge Judy the question is asked "Did you loan this man $250,000?)The answer is yes. To the defendant (Did you pay this loan back?)The answer is no.

This is the best part. Judge says (Do you have a compelling reason for not paying the loan back?) The answer is yes. The Judge then asks the defendant to show reasonable cause for not paying the loan back. This is now where the Judge is educated to what the defendants have proposed. The Plaintiffs now have their chance to refute what the Defendant said. It gets even better.

Since Supreme Energy has a 12 inch thick folder of every move JS and SA and Suppliers and Vendors and distributors and even third parties including e-mails on file to make their point yes it will be great day in court for IFUS. There is no RICO violation by IFUS and the evidence is stacked so high against the plaintiffs this will certainly change the future of our conversations.
