Total 94,734,694 shares slapped at 0.0002 v.s. only 1,568,998 shares dumped at 0.0001 ~ 0.00015 yesterday! Someones manipulated the price down to 0.00015 or 25% down close, LOL! Let's see if any more sales at the dirt cheap Bottom price 0.0001s from those weak hands and market manipulators in the coming week...

Those so-called "R/S" speculations are ridiculous because FRCN is an non-reporting (OTCNI tier) stock and 99.9% of them have no any R/S risk at all v.s. 99% of the so-called reporting stocks are doing the endless huge OS dilutions and endless huge R/S!

Almost all the 0.0001 OTCNI peers exploded significantly someday without any news at all! The following three peers surged 9-bagger, 8-bagger, and 7-bagger respectively with 79M/504M/600M, 579M/761M/1B, and 828M/929M/950M shares float/OS/AS! Therefore FRCN (1.339B/1.523B/2B shares float/OS/AS) should surge to the recent high 0.0004 again someday...

The "Reinstatement" event is very good news for all the shareholders! FRCN was just upgraded its Nevada status from "Revoked" to "Active" on 09/01/2015! They just filed the annual list on 08/21/2015 (see the link below) and paid both the listing fee and reinstatement fee. They also renewed the business license!
