China is just wrong-minded in this regard and I just cant see a way they would make money for foreign people from an investment point of view.

Dont get me wrong, I wish you make money on this investment. But I dont see this company as worth any serious money anymore. Facts are clear - after 5 year plan, nothing good happened for shareholders, except one, truly pushed, ECAB deal. Fundamentals are down the toilet and imho thats just the beginning (as Im a bear about Chinese economy), the company keeps diluting no matter what, new guys arent helping, foreign listing is a topic from 2012 and still nothing ofc. Refused by 2 exchanges (though I agree its probably the same reason) and dumped by their advisor after 2 yrs of DD. I can understand you think FD will change this but I doubt it. He is alone and faces too many challenges imho.

There is no doubt that you have a very negative view about the fundamentals of doing business in China.

I would just like to put it into perspective: Every major company in the world is represented in China and they have been making a lot of money on the gigantic growth that has taken place in China over the last 25 yrs.

When you say that Chinese are wrong- minded. I really dont understand where you get that from.
They have totally different perspectives of doing business but I wouldn´t call them wrong minded.

If you are conducting your business in China in line with the 5-yr plan of the government. You have fantastic opportunities to make money in ways that isn´t possible in the rest of the world, since Chinese government have no problems to push the sectors where they want to see improvement.

If your business is good for China and the Chinese people benefit from what you are doing - you will have all kinds of opportunities to make money.

Looking at SIAF from a perspective that goes back to 2012 isn´t really relevant in my book.
We have complemented our management and the direction of the company has been clearer and strategies has been communicated. And the actions that have taken place has been on a steady course the last yr since the first strategy report was communicated after ECAB came into the company. That is the only relevant perspective right now, in my view. We shouldn´t give to much weight to action taken place in the past, since we are not on the same path anymore. It is actually history in many perspectives. We are very well aware of Solomons nature, but we now have people that better can help him with the areas that isn´t his strongsides.

If FD and Solomon both are saying that their cooperation is working better than ever and their mutual understanding from each others perspectives has increased in way so their means of accomplishing goals are now coinciding. Is there really any fundamental reasons for you to see any bigger challenges now than before. Everything that we have seen is actually indicating the opposite!
