The discussion is pointing to what seems to be a big fall off of buying and interest by the longs in this stock.

Management themselves are hamstrung by the delinquent filings, caused primarily by the Auditor problems. It is shedding a negative light on the company. More importantly, it means they can't cut new toxic financing deals, good for shareholders, but bad for their pocketbooks. No wonder Driscoll dumped 22m shares.

So, even if the N'Sync proves that it is about as good as Neurosky's Mind Wave, if MSI isn't able to market it, due to lack of funds, it will stumble badly.
