Jurisdiction has already been decided for the companies as both TMM and Dimension are Nevada corps. Whether the court really has jurisdiction over the 10+ individuals has yet to be proven. Each side will have to prove the other side has enough Nevada connection to keep them in the trial.

Its procedural stuff we probably wont see till next year and not relevant to the main case. Its not anything that will save TMM so dont get too excited about it.
