SIAF never stated it would be listed before the end of the year. That was the expectation which is something quite different. It is clear by now that there has been a certain delay. The dd is not performed by SIAF which therefore cannot Control when the dd is finished. SIAF stated not long ago that a lot of work remained to be done when it comes to the listing. I now take for granted that SIAF will not be listed in Oslo this year the deadline for applying being less than Three weeks awayø.
