Good morning Calebra,

Thank you. A very nice day at the spa. I spent some of it reading post 1140. Quite informative, I felt, as I was walking to the steam room after my massage. Perhaps not completely right, but informative.

I'm still not sure how a non transferable exclusive asset gets used as collateral and transferred without consent, and without maintaining the required 5 percent equity, but maybe after my facial tomorrow things will be clearer.
