- Upon Court's inquiry, Mr. Polsenberg stated he believes trial is bifurcated. Court noted that it is not OUCH!!
And that the jury will be given special interrogatories before they go into the next phase.

Mr. Polsenberg further argued as to winning on the statute of limitations and judicial economy, and that if he wins he will drop all his claims.

Court stated it is willing to go with the term segmentation and explained the process. Mr. Lee advised he believes his motion to enlarge discovery is unopposed. COURT ORDERED, Plaintiff's motion GRANTED.
They never opposed the claim, why????
I guess you get what you can pay for!!

And as we all know,this case now has been moved into 2016....

Court noted Plaintiff has essentially suggested a 3-month move given the substantive issues, and DIRECTED the parties to submit a stipulated schedule, or, if they cannot agree, that each submit a proposed schedule, by June 11, 2015; matter SET for status check on the June 12th Chambers calendar.
