Patents and their protection are absolutely necessary. I thought there were recent patents filings in March? I do not know. But as I said in an earlier post - it would not surprise me if the non-linearities in this development required that new patents accompany the ongoing discoveries and progress. I have no doubt that this gets harder the farther they go and new "stuff" is needed. With the heavy University involvement I would guess they have a good set of patent attorneys who have hopefully fully engaged the patent process.

I disagree, however, that any patent grant would elevate the share price like that (perhaps a blip but not that high). The large number of Outstanding Shares along with zero earnings will continue to dominate the share price as further dilutions occur. They need funding to carry on and dilution will likely continue. I think there will come a time when it comes together and multiple use production prospects bring the high likelihood of revenue.
