Maybe it is not Maybeline, maybe it's MonsterSilk. Lol. Thanks rayovac, I don't know how I missed that newsletter. I wonder how they would use the silkworm fibers in cosmetics. I assume they would extract the protein from the fibers? Funny how the bacteria people can make the proteins but in the end getting the proteins from the fiber may be better or cheaper? Or maybe the proteins are just better from the silkworm? I dunno but there has to be a reason for the interest. I am also interested to know what type of structural composites and performance apparel and home stuff are being looked at. This newsletter is already a couple months old so it will be interesting to get some more info on this in the future. Thank you again.
