LOL looks like there's still zero understanding of the past or present here. TMM BEGGED the judge for that year delay just to stall a lost case they have no intention of actually doing the extra discovery they told the judge they needed. All they can do is hide and cross their fingers that Dimension wont spend the money to finish TMM off.

And nothing was bought by anybody on behalf of TMM, why would anybody spend their own money to do that? Thats right, they wouldnt. Sorry, DFI never had ownership of squat and loses on every interpretation of that situation. TMM is toast.
