In law, fraud is deliberate deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain.


I believe that a continued effort to make claims about a company or its product that are knowingly false (for example, claiming that a product has been tested and is in high demand, or that updates about claimed water sales are forthcoming) is a deliberate deception to support the share price. How this plays out will be the job of Federal agencies. My opinion is that it will not end pretty.
