Painful jobs report, only 141K new jobs created, far below expectations. Moreover, the July figure was revised downward by 22,000 and August was revised downward, too (i forget the number). Pre-mkt prices had been going up well above yesterday's close for many indices, including biotech; now they've quickly reversed below yesterday's closing prices in just the past 12 minutes since report came out....
Could be a very tough day but depending on what happens might offer better entries for some of your favorite names in biotech.... though probably wise to wait til a bottoming process is more clear.
