Rainco has no ACTUAL control over REVO, only the ability to SUGGEST (not determine) a replacement should a REVO Board position become open. The FACT is Ali resigned from RAINCO Years ago (consultant only now), and has NO CONTROL of RAINCO or REVO !!! That Prefered REVO stock also has NO VOTING RIGHTS attached to the Prefered Stock. The **PIECES TO the PUZZLE** being assembled ***DON'T FIT*** (as projected speculation and theory)....... RON CARTER Runs REVO with the support of HIS Board members. ALI is ODD MAN OUT/MINORITY in a Board Vote. RAINCO has NO VOICE on the REVO BOARD......... SIMPLE, FACTUAL TRUTH !!!!
