The answer? Probably no one. It's a way MMs keep the stock liquid in case someone was stupid enough to want to do a RM with it. After all this time, we all know AAPT is over and done. The last period financial statements filed was over two years ago. ROFL. If anyone had any interest in acquiring AAPT, it would have happened a long time ago.
