coming from a company that cant make a timeline or schedule a date for a cc, im not surprised they have trouble with any question that deals with focus...
what rice said, in business speak, is that kblb can do nothing without more money and vietnam...that is the focus...without them, kblb doesnt have 2 years...

a reporter can ask whatever they want...the answer is up to you...some companies have many different unrelated facets to their company...some run independant of the other...it is possible for their to be more than one core issue...unless you want the answer to be "make money"...

i suspect the reporter knew very little about kblb and asked the question so as not to limit the interviewee or the response...
