It is currently at 0.0002. That is not a lie. Where else would there be a bid? 2s and 3s... the 3s are the new shares being sold and the 2s are the people who think it is going to run before the R/S.

If this stock runs, which it might, it has nothing to do with any of your bs. If it runs it is because of the 20 billion share A/S being flooded into the market.
