Things are not always what they seem. Read integral's posts.

The CEO bought shares at .0006 on September 4th.. Then again bought .0002s few weeks later. Look at the form 4s

Having a once in a million thing happen twice is not considered "a good chance" of it happening again.

I have seen it happen where the CEO cancels the R/S and the stock runs up 200% in one day on that news alone!!! Good chance that will happen here imo

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
