CEO Veve in a halfway house?


Halfway house for failed CEO's?
Just a guess, but couldn't happen to a more deserving CEO.

I wonder how he will address the fact that VMGI does not have enough unregistered shares authorized to for all his (and others')convertible preferreed shares he has given out recently?

Could become quite the problem for this little shell of a company.
